The e-comerce website knify.eu is managed by SAS KNIFY, which is the only operator. All orders made through the site knify.eu requires reading and prior acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2: Purpose
The purpose of these T & Cs is to define the rights and obligations of SAS KNIFY (company offering for sale the products on the Website that it operates: www.knify.eu and its Customers (consumers and professionals) in the sales of products through the e-commerce website www.knify.eu (hereinafter “the Site”).
The knify.eu site is the property of SAS KNIFY, whose head office is located at 11 Route de la touche 91530 – Saint-Maurice-Montcouronne FRANCE (SAS with capital 20 000 €, RCS 823 100 557, VAT Number FR37823100557).
Article 3: Entry into force and duration

Article 5: Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed by e-mail at the latest at the time of delivery or failing that, to the address indicated by the consumer when ordering.

Article 9: Applicable prices
Prices are quoted in euros and are valid only on the date of sending the order form by the customer. They do not include shipping costs, charged extra. Article 10: Method of payment
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB), PayPal and Stripe. The SAS KNIFY company reserves the right to suspend any order in case of payment refused by his bank. Discount coupons are not cumulative. Any order placed can not include more than one coupon. Vouchers that have expired are permanently lost, whether percentage reduction or cash value.
Article 11: Availability of products
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer will be informed at the earliest within 5 working days and will have the possibility to cancel his order in a partial or total way. The customer will then have the choice to be reimbursed the amount paid within 30 days at the latest and at his request or to substitute the missing product with another product of the same value or lower value. The repayment of the sums will be done solely according to the means of payment initially used by the customer. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, when all products of these are available.
In case of unavailability of an article, your order will be prepared upon receipt of the latter. You can request a partial shipment of your order (by contacting our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org), additional shipping costs will be charged for the remainder.
Article 12: Terms of delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer when ordering.
Price and shipping costs:
The sales prices displayed on the site are in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). The selling price does not include the shipping costs borne by the Customer, in addition to the price of the product displayed on the site.
All orders will be invoiced all taxes included (TTC). However, orders for DOM-TOM are invoiced excluding taxes (HT). For orders outside the European Union and in the DOM-TOM customs fees, duties and taxes may be claimed by the customs services or carriers. These fees will be paid by the Customer.
SAS KNIFY reserves the right to change product prices at any time. In the event of a price change after the order, the products will be invoiced to the Customer on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order.
The shipping costs, calculated according to the nature of the ordered articles and the selected carrier are specified in the basket of the Customer at the end of the selection of the various products, and are recalled in the summary of the order which precedes the validation. Some products can benefit from a “free shipping” offer. The port is then offered only for a shipment to Metropolitan France and by the least expensive carrier for the delivery of these products (unless otherwise indicated on the site). If other products are shipped at the same time, the weight of the products benefiting from the offer “Free shipping” will not be taken into account in the calculation of the shipping costs.
Subject to the stipulations below, the Customer will be delivered according to the modalities chosen by him and compatible with the order.
Home delivery :
The delivery is made by Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay, according to the choice of the Customer and the carrier’s compatibility with the order. It can only intervene once the order has been validated and the payment made in its entirety. The bank payment centers that may be involved will therefore have given their prior payment agreement.
The Customer will be notified by SAS KNIFY of the day of dispatch of the order. It is up to the Customer to take any measure so that the order can be received. In the case of an order with a delivery address different from the billing address, SAS KNIFY has the possibility of contacting the person to receive the order.
The carrier will proceed to the delivery of the order to the Customer himself or to the third party, a natural person designated by the Customer or to any authorized person, with the authority to accept the delivery of the order on behalf of the recipient (person at the same address as the Customer or designated third party).
Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer under the conditions defined below.
During the presentation of the parcel (s) by the carrier, it is necessary to be present to allow delivery in the best possible conditions. The transport does not include delivery to the floors which remains to the approval of the driver. In case of failure of the first delivery attempt, the Customer shall within 48 hours contact SAS KNIFY or its carrier to agree on a date of withdrawal of the order at the premises of the Carrier at the expense of the Customer. After this period, SAS KNIFY will be entitled to cancel the order because of the Customer. Products ordered, undelivered and not withdrawn will be returned for default of delivery attributable to the Customer. The return costs related to the failure of the delivery due to the customer will be the responsibility of the latter and are equivalent to the price paid shipping on the order shipped.
In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer, SAS KNIFY will proceed, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation to the refund of the price of the order minus the delivery costs.
SAS KNIFY reserves the right to refuse delivery in certain public places in the case where the security of delivery is not ensured (hotels, schools, bars restaurants etc.). Indeed, it is impossible to guarantee delivery by hand to the recipient of the parcel in these places. In this case, the delivery can be carried out at the post office at the Customer’s choice.

Article 15: Sales outside Europe, Taxes and Customs
Deliveries outside the European Union are not subject to VAT. However, they may be subject to local taxes and customs duties in the country of destination. The amount of customs duties, taxes or other charges in connection with the importation of goods depends on the regulations in force in each country and is the responsibility of the recipient upon receipt of his parcel. It is therefore up to the customer to take the necessary information from the local authorities concerned and to ensure that the specific formalities for importing goods into the territory of the country of destination are followed. Delivery addresses in DOM / TOM or addresses of the army with SP abroad (except metropolitan France) can not be delivered. Article 16: Terms of return:
Returnable Product Conditions:
Only returned products will be returned in their entirety, in their original complete and intact packaging (including accessories), and in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in order to compromise its sale, can not be the subject of a right of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

Refund and right of withdrawal:

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the costs of return. Article 19: Partial validation
If one or more provisions of these general conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations will keep all their strength and their reach.
Article 20: No waiver
